Gene McKnight, who brings more than 27 years of experience to FP Commercial, focuses on investment sales as well as tenant and landlord advisory services. He began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in 1985, where he specialized in investment sales. In 1992, Gene joined Santa Barbara-based Pacifica Commercial Realty serving as Vice President. He has been a licensed broker since 1985 and has had the opportunity to work with many of the region's leading residents, private firms and corporations. Gene is active in the local community, serving as the Vice President of the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization and as a member of the City of Santa Barbara Downtown Parking Advisory Committee.
