Previously with Coldwell Banker/Belleair office, Ms. Folden is a top producing Realtor specializing in Pinellas County waterfront homes and has more than 20 years' experience in the industry.
A Florida native, Folden grew up on the Florida beaches and has witnessed the ever-evolving changes on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she was a successful Speech Pathologist in Pinellas County.
During her real estate career, Folden has sold more than 560 homes, earning her the respect of hundreds of satisfied customers. Her area of specialization is Pinellas County waterfront homes, condominiums and estates.
Ms. Folden has been continually recognized for her performance and achievements and consistently earned the designation of the International Presidents Circle, which recognizes the top 4% of all Realtors nationwide.

An avid angler and golfer, Folden is also a member of the Belleair Country Club.
