This seminar has been in great demand by professional advisors with the seminar having been conducted twice prior to this event-once for the Nassau County Bar Association and once for the National Conference of CPA Practitioners. This course qualifies for CLE and CPE credits.

The seminar covered many traditional financial topics that are part of any transaction but also covered many aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions that typically fall outside of the CPA's realm. Such topics covered in this seminar included due diligence, financing channels, dealing with private equity groups, analysis of letters of intent and offers to purchase, understanding the importance of non-compete agreements, identifying non-financial value drivers and gaining a much deeper understanding of the negotiation process involved in M&A deals.
