Christmas In July Celebration at Anthony's on the BLVD to Raise Donations for Toys for Tots

Cape Coral, FL (I-Newswire) July 15, 2011 - ANTHONY’S ON THE BLVD IS HOSTING CHRISTMAS IN JULY THIS YEAR!

Have you ever wondered where Santa goes during the off-season?

July 24-25, Santa Claus will trade his snow boots for flip flops to host breakfast and dinner for some of Cape Coral’s kindest. Voted best in Cape Coral, FL, Anthony’s on the BLVD, is partnering with Toys For Tots to collect new and unwrapped toys to distribute to needy children in the community during Christmas time.

The casual full-service restaurant will be serving their “Best” breakfast buffet from 8am-2pm Sunday, July 24th. Santa will be visiting with guests from 9am-12pm. The following day, dinner service will start at 1:00pm and will feature some of the area’s finest seafood, ham and prime rib. To see Santa Claus Monday night, make reservations between 5pm-8pm. Anthony’s on the BLVD’s regular menu will also be available.

Local vendors will be selling unique gift ideas; you can start your holiday shopping early.

Tony Serrago, owner of Anthony’s on the BLVD, is hoping you will stop in to support “a cause very close to his heart”. With every unwrapped toy donated Anthony will be giving a $5.00 gift certificate to the restaurant in return, as a token of his appreciation. Reservations are recommended, limited quantities are available.

Judy Bowler from Toys For Tots Fort Myers is “excited to have Anthony’s on the BLVD offer Christmas in July.. Last year over 40,000 toys were collected and distributed. We expect the need to be even larger this year, and getting off to an early start will certainly make a difference. We hope everyone will stop by Anthony’s, have a great meal and help Toys for Tots”
