Having a large host such as those aforementioned and bringing groups anywhere from 100 to 700 passengers has been the business model that has worked to establish Noseworthy for many years. Starting in 2012, Noseworthy is releasing a whole new line of products. Now smaller groups can sign up for "guarunteed departure dates with Noseworthy.

It used to be that you almost had to have a "special invitation" to join a Noseworthy Tour. In order to keep quality high and numbers within reason, only a certin number of people could sign up for large tours. In 2012, Noseworthy will be offering "Standard Departures". These dates will have no limit on group sizes or where the passengers come from. Noseworthy has chosen dates where they can assure their quality hotels, excellent guides, and the great service standard they have came to be known by. With this new product line, also comes the possiblity of new employment opportunities. 'Word of Mouth' has always been the number one way to market tours in the past for the travel company. This model will not change as Noseworthy thinks their history speaks for itself. What will change is the small workforce that exists only at the home office in Lakeland, Florida.

Noseworthy has already begun to look for 'Sales people' or officially named "Travel Ministry Partners". These people will be in charge of recruiting hosts to lead a trip to the Holy Land on one of these standard dates. This will be a part-time commission based position to start and will have great income potential. "If a Travel Ministry Partner can get 20 hosts to each sign up a group of 10 people they will earn an annual income of $10,000, not bad for part-time work." They are also able to provide the host and their spouse the trip for free with the recruitment of 10 passengers. "This position is best for retired clergy that still has connections in the church and can use a little extra income." says co-founder Jim Ridgway.
