The CTC hires 10 new investogators in China after $10,000 Reward program started last week, and biz owners discover world's largest black list at The China Trade Commission of Beijing.

New York (I-Newswire) August 27, 2011 - The CTC's Due Diligence Director, Nathan Whitby announced today that the expanding stock, charity, and business fraud in China required the China Trade Commission to hire ten new investigators in August. While most the world languishes through recession and other economic problems, China is still booming. This new land of opportunity also created enormous opportunities for con artists who develop devious frauds to cheat anyone they can lure into a "lucrative China opportunity". Over 300 clever frauds and schemes are now used to dupe investors, buyers, and importers.

"While China does $5 Billion USD of daily business with the world, 10% of these transactions involve some element of fraud" explained Whitby who previously worked many years for Scotland Yard in London before retiring in Beijing with his Chinese wife. The CTC receives over 30 complaints and twice as many inquiries every day about a Chinese, stock, company or charity. Upon investigation, about 40% turn out to be legitimate. Comprehensive Due Diligence reports on any company are available upon request from the China Trade Commission.

The CTC maintains, publishes, and updates the world's largest International Black List of Frauds and Scams at http://www.ChinaTradeCommission.org, listing the identity of over 30,000 companies and individuals who cheat others for a living. The China Trade Commission gets over 9,000 due diligence database search requests every day since scammers from America, China, Canada, Australia, and the U.K. are all included on three different black lists maintained by the CTC.

The International Black & Blue List - Contains not only the scammers and their frauds, but those companies in China, America, Canada, Australia and the UK that have been investigated and certified by the CTC to be legitimate within the past year. See this link...

The latest fraud discovered by the CTC was a charity fraud alert issued this morning about Lu Junqing, president of the World Eminence Chinese Business Association which purports to be building a 1,000 schools in Africa, but which appears to be a clever money-laundering operation. Details of that scam can be found at:
