Catherine A. Roberts Joins InFUSION Group as Senior Partner

Southgate, Michigan (I-Newswire) November 15, 2010 - In this role, Catherine will be providing development expertise to support leadership in achieving high-performance and sustainable results. With over 30 years of leadership experience in CEO roles with Credit Unions she will successfully help clients reach balanced, sustainable long-term growth solutions.

Up until 2008, Catherine was CEO at Community Choice Credit Union (formerly Research Federal Credit Union) and is currently writing a book on women in leadership roles. As a successful CEO, Catherine specializes in turnaround opportunities and new business initiatives. Catherine has additional experience in CEO selection, building winning teams, strategic planning and executive coaching. She is also skilled with improving board/CEO relations for ultimate success. Catherine has received numerous awards for her leadership including being named one of Detroit’s Most Influential Women, receiving the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Michigan Business and Professional Association, receiving the Community Service Award from the Michigan Credit Union League and being inducted into the Macomb County Hall of Fame. In addition to her many awards she has achieved the designation of International Credit Union Development Educator and has also received an honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Detroit College of Business. Catherine is an active member of the Health Alliance Plan Board, Chairperson for the American Cancer Society Board for the Great Lakes Division, and is one of four Americans to sit on the International Board for the World Council of Credit Unions.
