Can Crowd-funding Be An Asset to the Preservation and Creation of New Jobs?
We ask teeshare, an Italian fashion project, designed and built on the concept of sharing.
Online, June 25, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The name Teeshare, is a variation on the theme of the t-shirt that is the product on which their tailoring research takes place together with the concept of "sharing", that is obviously their modus operandi. Francesca, the designer of the brand explains why:

"There are three aspects that Teeshare hold dear:
the first is reworking a product that we love, our first adventure's companion, the t: shirt;
the second is to choose to work with Italian laboratories, cooperatives, communities, people with disabilities, pensioners, artisans and friends.
The third is to collaborate with artists, designers, dreamers and musicians, to weave the ideas and put them into our t-shirt... or a teeshare.
At the end of the process a part of this project is given to ADMO (Bone Marrow Donors Association).
Behind every teeshare there is not a production line but a network of people and our project holds onto the expertise and dedication of all of them."
Why did Teeshare decided to use Crowdfunding?
Francesca:
"Crowdfunding is a way to fund a project with the active participation of the collectivity, something very akin to our business, where the finished product, is the result of sharing knowledge and participation skills.
Currently, as many activities of our country, we are having to cut labor costs but we chose to try an alternative way, the crowdfunding infact.
We aim to launch the new collection with the participation of all those who have followed us up to today and thanks to all those who will learn to know us.
We collaborate with laboratories in which are working legally protected category people, and whose daily task it has been proved to be excellent, our campaign is for them too, and the achievement of the target could in fact give continuity to our collaboration and allow us to continue through with the only model that satisfies us, sharing and participation of a community of workers."
