“Business is Booming” U.K. Tour a Success; Indonesia, South Africa, U.S. Next

(I-Newswire) October 27, 2009 - After the success of Brad Sugars’ “Business is Booming” tour in Australia in August, the ActionCOACH founder and CEO took on the U.K. next and, based on continued success there, he's already planning his next "Business is Booming" tour for November.

“The U.K., especially Ireland, has been heavily hit by the recession, and people needed advice,” Sugars said. “This tour gives much-needed advice to coaches and their clients. I’m speaking about actionable items people can go away with and apply to their situations.”

Sugars’ second “Business is Booming” tour started on October 5th in Glasgow, Scotland, and continued on to several cities the next days following: Manchester on October 6th, Worcester on October 7th, Milton Keynes on October 8th, Leeds on October 9th, Cambridge on October 12th, Gatwick on October 13th, London on October 14th and Dublin on October 15th.

“There was a demand for seminars in the U.K. from our coaches and their clients,” Sugars said. “Reading my book, Business is Booming, takes time, and this tour covers the most important points of the book in three hours.”

Sugars’ “Business is Booming” tours teach key proven strategies for keeping cash flow on track, how to increase repeat business, how to manage your team in a downturn and how to make the most of your business’ margins and the best ways to increase profitability. But they don’t just learn it in a lecture format; they learn it in a seminar format, with several examples of business owners putting the strategies to action.

“Stories make a seminar,” he said. “Who did what and how they did it is always important. Demonstrations of people and what they did to attain their success are just as important as the speaker of a seminar.”

He has one disappointment with his tours. “The biggest disappointment is you can’t get to more people – you can only go to so many cities,” Sugars said. “There are more people that need help that just can’t get to the event. But that’s another reason I’m doing these tours – to give ActionCOACH more exposure and inform more people about what we do, so we might be able to help more people.”

Perhaps it’s because his tours are needed that the feedback is so strong. Results have been great for Sugars and each tour’s sponsors.

Sugars said he’s planning on touring Indonesia starting on November 25th, and he’s already planning several tours for next year: South Africa, Portugal, U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

His tour in Indonesia is already expecting 5000 attendees, indicating that the "Business is Booming" tours will continue to be successful as they are rolled out around the world.
