Business Development Group Builds Simulations for AT&T

BDG' simulations help personnel learn key features of both Android and Windows operating systems.

San Antonio TX (I-Newswire) February 28, 2013 - www.bdgrp.com
Using Flash and ActionScript 3.0, BDG has developed simulations of the most valuable and unique features of the respective operating systems. Windows OS features such as “People Hub,” “KidsCorner,” etc. and Android OS features such as “Widgets,” “Social Networking,” etc. are simulated. Users can watch an animation, participate in a guided simulation and test their mastery in a assessment simulation.

These simulations are being developed for AT&T and will be used to train retail personnel and call center agents.

BDG is a woman-owned company specializing in training and support. Our services are used by a wide range of Fortune 1000 companies. We have a special focus on the Customer Contact Center support. The key is to provide agents with vital information or specific tasks which assist them in delivering the highest quality support to their customers. This is done with "just-in-time" tools which are indexed to respond to any customer inquiry. As an example, we developed the "Issue Resolution Tool" for a very large customer's call center agents. It contains appropriate support for the most frequent issues customers call about. Agents can type a few key words into the search feature or using handy tabs to get to the appropriate response. Each response features animations and simulations so the agent can "perform" the task as they walk the customer through the resolution. Working in a simulation along with the customer allows agents to experience EXACTLY waht the customer is experiencing.
