Busch Systems International Joins with Armour Technology Solutions on “Movember” Campaign
In an effort to increase awareness for men’s health and raise funds for prostate cancer, Busch Systems has joined with Armour Technology Solutions to form the “Armour Lip Charmours” Movember moustache-growing team.
Barrie, ON (I-Newswire) November 29, 2011 - Busch Systems International, a leader in recycling, waste and compost containers has joined forces with Armour Technology Solutions in an effort to raise awareness and funds for men’s health and prostate cancer research. The two companies have formed the “Armour Lip Charmours” team as a part of the national “Movember” campaign in which men grow moustaches in a fund-raising effort.
Armour Technology Solutions is a Microsoft partner specializing in mobile application development, cloud computing, anti-virus solutions, IT support and network management. In addition, Armour also provides computer software programs such as Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM.
“Busch Systems has always been a company that cares and has participated in many charitable efforts each and every year. The Movember campaign is unique in the fact that it really adds an element of fun to our charity efforts”, states Marty Pepper, Director of Operations for Busch Systems and captain of the “Armour Lip Charmours”.
The “Lip Charmours” have set a team fund-raising goal of $3600 and Busch Systems also is involved in various charitable efforts such as Christmas Cheer, United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Barrie Food Bank, Red Cross for Haiti Relief and Sleeping Children Around the World.
