Burgerim Hosts Red Carpet Event For Grand Opening of Flagship U.S. Store in West Hollywood

Online, March 29, 2013 (Newswire.com) - International sensation Burgerim is hosting the grand opening of their first U.S. location in West Hollywood this Saturday, March 30th, 2013 from 8-9pm. Burgerim is a Tel Aviv burger restaurant owned by Dana Tochner, a chef by profession, and comes from a family of well-known restaurateurs. Dana lived in New York City and was at the top of the hotel staff at Four Seasons. "I came back with a dream to establish my baby: New York-style space, aesthetic, style, and food. Thefirst branch I chose to open in the City of Tel Aviv, which reminded me of the pace of Manhattan."

Burgerim has partnered with Cops 4 Causes for their grand opening to help promote their "Hand Up" program, which helps to reduce homelessness in West Hollywood. According the National Alliance to End Homelessness, in the United States an estimated 636,017 people are homeless on any given night and there are 21 homeless people per 10,000 people in the general population. Cops 4 Causes is launching an initiative to partner law enforcement, the business community, and residents in the communities we serve to create a compassionate approach to helping people who are homeless.

Cops 4 Causes supports a comprehensive approach to providing vital support to people who are homeless. Together funds will be provided to help people who are homeless transition from the streets to stable living conditions. Donations will be given the night of the event to the following organizations that have partnered with Cops 4 Causes to provide transitional services: People, Assisting the Homeless (PATH), Vet Hunters, and The LA Gay & Lesbian Youth Center on Highland.
