Schulkin’s passion to connect, educate and inspire entrepreneurs is the driving force behind the event's success. Brian Bauer is Chief Operations Officer at BroCon. He also heads the Online Marketing Division at Bauer & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm based in Manhattan and Chicago. As an expert at guiding companies through the emerging media landscape, Bauer discussed social media's impact on the "Bro-mmunity" at BroCon 2009. His strategic mindset, tactical skills and client orientation have made him a valuable partner for innovative businesses around the world.

Both Schulkin and Bauer met while playing club lacrosse at the University of Maryland; Schulkin was club president and Brian was captain. Under their leadership, the team achieved an undefeated national championship season in 2006.
