Brian Schmitt, CTS has been announced as the new Group Manager for Whitaker Medical based in Houston, Texas.
Online, January 17, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Brian Schmitt, CTS has been announced as the new Group Manager for Whitaker Medical based in Houston, Texas.
Brian is a CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) accredited business professional with experience in the areas of physician locum tenens and permanent search recruiting, team leadership, training, and customer service.
Brian began his career at Whitaker Medical in June 2007, joining the Austin branch to help grow the Primary Care division. Prior to joining Whitaker Medical, Brian served two years as an assistant baseball coach at Texas State University which followed a successful five-year career as a professional baseball player in the Houston Astros organization.
To date, Brian has demonstrated a firm commitment to developing his business relationships and building positive rapport with his healthcare customers nationwide. His efforts in those areas were acknowledged by Whitaker Medical as he was named Producer of the Quarter for both the third and fourth quarters of 2009, first quarter of 2010 and first quarter of 2011.
