Bri-Bet Security Solutions Hires New Security Operations Manager

Baltimore, Maryland (I-Newswire) June 7, 2011 - Bri-Bet Security Solutions, LLC (Bri-Bet), a Baltimore based Security Solutions Integrative company, is pleased to announce the hiring of John “Andy” Purdie as Security Operations Manager.

Mr. Purdie is responsible for managing Bri-Bet’s Security/Protection Officer contracts throughout the Mid Atlantic region. Mr. Purdie will also provide assistance with soliciting additional contracts in the region.

Prior to joining Bri-Bet, Purdie served at Alexander Security Consultants as an Area Supervisor. He was responsible for managing Alexander’s security guard staff. Prior to Alexander, Mr. Purdie was employed by and retired from the Baltimore County Police Department where he was assigned to many positions within the department including: Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Administration, Selective Enforcement, Marine Patrol Officer and Helicopter Observer. Although retired from the Baltimore County Police Department, Mr. Purdie continues his Law Enforcement activities as a Reserve Officer for the Maryland Natural Resources Police.

Purdie is currently licensed as a Security Officer in the state of Maryland and is certified as a Security K-9 Handler and Trainer. He remains an active member of the Baltimore County Police FOP Lodge #4.
