Brandon Copple Joins Wrapports, LLC as General Manager

Digital Leader Joins Parent of the Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Reader to Develop Business, Sports and Video Products

Timothy P. Knight, CEO of Wrapports, LLC, announced today that Brandon Copple has joined Wrapports, LLC as General Manager overseeing a new venture that will create sports and business media products. As part of the Wrapports team, Copple also will lead the development of a new web video initiative that will be carried on multiple Wrapports-owned platforms, including suntimes.com. Copple joins Wrapports, LLC from Groupon Inc., where he was Managing Editor.

Prior to joining Groupon in 2010, Copple was the Managing Editor at Crain's Chicago Business from 2004 to 2010. Prior to Crain's, Copple held writing positions at Forbes magazine and the Wall Street Journal. Copple received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Kansas, where he also received his Juris Doctorate.
