(I-Newswire) September 14, 2010 - Fitness Evolved Boot Camps welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total body workout. Our Boot Camp Classes provide a fun, challenging and an enjoyable training session that are ideal for weight loss, improved health and wellness.

The Boot Camp Training starts with your team and involves running, interval training and strength exercises to tone, firm and sculpt your body muscles. Boot Camps are held at Auckland Domain by the museum, which is a great place to start your day. Training is held on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am to 7am.

Boot Camp lasts for six weeks, which is the minimum time needed to see great results. The cost for 18 sessions over six weeks is $200 (down from $300), if you sign up for our next Boot Camp before 4th of October. First week is free for new members, so you can experience our Boot Camps for yourself with no obligation to sign up or pay anything after. Free visit to a nutritionist included with every Boot Camp who will develop a healthy eating plan for you during training. At the end of your training block there will be a social night out for you, your unit and your personal trainers to celebrate your success.

Participants can expect a great fitness workout for a great cause. Fitness Evolved personal trainers are here to support you, guide you & motivate you to achieve your fitness goals and make you the best you can be.
