Now in its third year, the half-hour program explores entertaining lifestyle topics to help busy moms and women on-the-go make informed choices for themselves and their families. The medical side of our program raises awareness to help educate our audience on a variety of health topics. Our show will challenge viewers to become the conscious consumers they were always meant to be.
Go In the KITCH during our show with celebrity chefs as they cook, bake, fry and whip up delicious recipes the entire family will enjoy. The In the KITCH recipes will broaden your horizons and delight your taste buds all at once. Beyond the KITCH, we bring you other recipes that are flavourful and surprisingly easy.
