BestMassage Introduces a New Product Category and New Category Descriptions
Home Massage category and the new category descriptions will help customers find what they are looking for more quickly as well as quickly find what they seeking.
Online, October 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Home Massage is the latest addition to BestMassage's massage product categories on BestMassage.com. Currently, BestMassage divides its products into eighteen categories, like Portable Massage Tables or Table Accessories, so that customers can easily find the items they want to purchase. According to Peter Wang, Marketing Director for BestMassage, categories allow consumers perusing the BestMassage website to look through groups of massage products that are related to each other so the consumers can compare and contrast massage items and make the best purchase decision.
"We've found that dividing our inventory into categories has been very beneficial. Of course these categories have to be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure customers see all massage products they may be interested in in one location. Many of our massage products span more than one category," said Wang.
Wang created the Home Massage category in response to customers who were looking for massage products and massage supplies they could use in the privacy of their own homes. The Home Massage category currently includes a compilation of wellness products, massage tables, massage creams and lotions, electronic massage chairs, and other items.
"While most of the massage products we sell at BestMassage can be used at home, we wanted to create a category that focused in on products that we felt would be especially home-user friendly," said Wang.
In addition to creating a new product category, BestMassage also updated its other categories with category descriptions. These descriptions give a brief explanation of the types of products customers could expect to find on each category page.
"We thought it would be helpful to our customers to know what each category contained so they could more easily locate the types of products they were interested in," said Wang.
Wang hopes the new Home Massage category and the new category descriptions will help customers find what they are looking for more quickly as well as provide inspiration to purchase other related items. He also wants to remind customers if they have a specific product in mind, they can use the convenient search box on the top of the BestMassage webpage to quickly find what they seeking.
