Chart Vision is a new 360 entertainment company encompassing Music, Publishing, Management, Film & TV, New Ventures and Consulting, formed by Warren "Flaw" Griffin, Jr., former Director of Creative Affairs at the Urban Network. November 14th, 2009 in Los Angeles, CA the event returns with new creative executives along with some previous panelists.
