American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Leadership award, instituted in 1987, recognizes an individual in industry or government for outstanding leadership in advancing the use of computers in engineering practice. This is the industry’s most prestigious global award in the engineering domain.
Mr. B.V.R Mohan Reddy is the first Indian and the seventh recipient to receive this award. Other eminent leaders who received this award in the past include Rodney Dreisbach, The Boeing Company and John Sculley, Apple Computers.
