Ayalytical Instruments Seals Exclusive Partnership With GR Scientific

CHICAGO (I-Newswire) November 2, 2011 - Ayalytical Instruments, a provider of quality instrumentation to the petroleum, biofuels, lubricants and materials testing industries, has sealed an exclusive partnership agreement with GR Scientific (GRS), a leading manufacturer of laboratory instruments.

The partnership, which begins Jan. 1, 2012, appoints Ayalytical Instruments as the exclusive distributor of GRS products, accessories and consumables throughout the United States and Latin America. Managing Director of Ayalytical Instruments, Juan Ayala, will serve as liaison between the two companies to ensure a seamless transition.
