Award Winning UK Software Vendor Invests Highly In US Market

Oxfordshire (I-Newswire) June 1, 2011 - The announcement of Grid Tools’ expansion into the Americas market runs alongside the development of technical and strategic partnerships with Americas based companies such as Bender RBT, Intelligent Decisions, SQE and Greenlight Technology. Their presence at the Stareast software testing conference, which is the largest software testing event in the USA, introduced their new Americas team to the community.

Former UK based Head of Marketing and PR, Jessica Jones, relocated to their Chicago office in April 2011, joining Americas Head of Sales and Alliances Mike Cartina, who has been operational in the region for the last two years. Taking up the new post of Sales and Marketing Manager, America’s, Jessica is embracing the opportunity of contributing towards the growth of Grid-Tools in the states: “I’ve had the privilege of working with Grid-Tools for the last three years and feel even more privileged to have been part of our expansion in the Americas. Our marketing strategies in Europe were highly successful and we expect the next few years here to be just as fruitful.”

Another recent addition to the Grid-Tools Americas Team is Greg Messer. Greg brings a wealth of experience with a long history of IT consulting. He was one of the co-founders of OuterBay Technologies (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), a database performance and archiving company. Greg has a long history with Grid-Tools as he first teamed up with its founders about a decade ago and is therefore well placed to spearhead growth in the Americas market.

Further investment in the Americas will follow for Grid-Tools, who have an expansion strategy intended to push best practice test data management solutions and “data centric” approaches for testing and development in the region.
