Award-winning Producers Casting Asian Talent for Upcoming Suspense/Thriller Feature

Roar Films – Redcape Cinema – JaMMin Productions will be casting several roles for their upcoming suspense/thriller feature film, to begin production Spring 2012.

Hollywood, CA (I-Newswire) December 28, 2011 - The project, currently titled “Six Days,” focuses on a young family whose love and loyalty is tested by supernatural elements beyond their control. Principal photography is scheduled to begin in Spring 2012. The suspense/thriller feature is being produced by veteran filmmakers Brian Kamei, John Tan, Ron Santiano, and Jesse JaM Miranda.

This SAG feature will be led by award-winning director Ron Santiano, and will feature Brian Kamei, who also penned the script, as its lead actor. All ethnicities are encouraged to submit for both principal and supporting roles. Shooting will take place in the Los Angeles area with the possibility of using outer regions as necessary (talent from those areas will also be considered).

Exhibition and distribution are currently being negotiated, with both domestic and international markets already being discussed. “I’m very excited with the breadth and potential of ‘SIX DAYS,’ especially considering the caliber of professionals involved in this feature,” attests Jesse JaM Miranda, one of the producers for the project. “We’re looking for outstanding actors of all races to begin rehearsals immediately.”

Casting calls are forthcoming and will be officially released beginning January 2012.
