Autodesk Opens Doors to Certification with Academy Class

London (I-Newswire) September 13, 2011 - Digital media training specialist Academy Class announced its partnership with Autodesk in hosting the first ‘Open Doors to Certification’ event. This one-day event, held in London on October 19, will provide users a chance to gain Autodesk Certification for free. Users may take timed exams for Certification on Autodesk Inventor, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Maya, and 3ds Max on both Associate and Professional levels.

Receiving the ‘Autodesk Certified’ status allows the title bearer to gain an industry-recognised credential befitting one’s skill level, as well as having one’s name listed in the Autodesk Certified Professionals database. The status gives the holder the right to use the Autodesk Certified logo and display the certificate for professional purposes. Offering certification exams for free gives users the opportunity to authenticate their skill levels that will boost their integrity in the professional scene.

Slots for the exam are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants will be required to identify which product, product version, and type of exam (Associate or Professional) they will be taking upon booking. Successful reservations will be advised, along with the allotted time of the exam.
