Audi A4 Promotion, VIP Tournaments, Cooler Giveaway Highlight July At Empire City Casino

Yonkers, N.Y. (I-Newswire) June 27, 2011 - July will be as hot as a firecracker at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway with month-long promotions for players. The V.I.P. $150,000 Slot Tournament every Sunday, a chance to drive away with a brand new Audi A4 on July 25, a Fourth of July Cooler Bag giveaway to the first 10,000 Empire Club Members, and the prestigious Yonkers Trot on July 9 are among the many highlights.

While people are lighting up the barbecue and fireworks on July 4, the best bet is to first stop by Empire City Casino to pick up the latest giveaway that is a perfect fit for a hot July day – a cooler bag. The first 10,000 Empire Club Members to visit a Promotions Booth on Independence Day will take one home.

Saturday night, July 9, will feature the prestigious Yonkers Trot, the first jewel in Trotting’s Triple Crown and one of the raceway’s signature events. The evening will feature a Yonkers Trot Cap Giveaway, and patrons should visit the table locations to receive their free hat.

On Sundays July 10, 17 and 24, Empire City will host the VIP $150,000 Slot Tournament. There will be 200 participants competing for $100,000 in total prizes, as well as $40,000 in free play. All Elite members will receive an invite. Buy in to the tournament is $500.

When the calendar page turns to July 1, Empire Club Members will be able to earn drawings into the Audi A4 Giveaway on July 25. For every 100 points earned, members will receive one entry into the drawing. On Mondays in July, Members will receive two entries for every 100 points earned. Empire Club Members can also redeem 300 existing points for one entry into the contest, which will be drawn at 9:00 p.m on July 25.

From 12 pm to 2:30 pm, one Empire Club member will be called every 30 minutes to win a t-shirt, $50 IGT Free Play and a chance to participate in the bonus drawing at 3 pm. The same prizes will be given out every half hour between 3:30 and 6 pm, with a bonus drawing at 6:30 pm. The bonus drawings include prizes from $100 IGT free play to $1,000 cash.

Gas up the car on Thirsty Thursdays in July as Empire City will give away two $500 Sunoco gas cards every 30 minutes from 3 to 6 pm. Empire Club Members must be playing the slots at the time of the drawing in order to participate.
