Auction Results: 5 Downtown Lakeland Condominiums Sold at Auction!

(I-Newswire) May 25, 2010 - Higgenbotham Auctioneers announced today that the auction of the 5 New York style loft condominiums in The Lofts on the Park was a success and generated over $550,000.00 in sales. Over 125 people attended the auction that was held at the Terrace Hotel in downtown Lakeland, FL on Saturday, May 22.

Each unit was sold at absolute auction to the last in highest bidder. There were no minimum bids or reserves. The Lofts on the Park Condominiums were constructed in 2007 and overlook historic Munn Park. Easily considered one of the most desirable locations in downtown, each unit provides upscale downtown living at reasonable prices.
