May 7, 2010, Walnut, California-based Acnodes Corp. today introduced the new, FES 6911. The microbox system is powered by an Intel® Atom(TM) N270 processor that features a rugged aluminum alloy chassis with 2 PCI expansion slots, open CompactFlash and PCMCIA socket. Additional features include support for nuilt in video, mic in, line out, dual Giga-bit LAN, four USB 2.0 ports and up to six serial ports with RS-422/485 auto flow control. This fan-less embedded system features a single-board architecture with low power consumption.
This fan-less embedded box is compact and designed for easy setup and maintenance. The FES 6911embedded computer supports a wide range of operating temperatures, from -10° to +50 C, Anti-chock and Anti-vibration which supports a wide range of input voltages, from 9 to 30 VDC and has an ATX power function.
