Artwork by Tyler Farmen Now Available As AOL Screen Background

Mr. Farmen has a wide range of work from painting and sculpture to graphics and fashion, and his client list includes names such as DKNY and Perrier Jouet.

- Tyler Farmen, owner of TWF Creative Consultants and an art teacher at Rumsey Hall School, has joined the roster of featured artists on the AOL Artists site (www.aolartists.com/profiles/tyler-farmen/). One of Mr. Farmen's artworks, "Happy Tracks," is now available for use as an AOL screen background through the AOL Canvas Project (www.aol.com/canvas/happy_tracks). The Canvas Project was designed to allow users to choose their AOL.com screen background from a number of different artists' canvases.

Mr. Farmen said, "I am very happy to be a part of the AOL Artists site. This is a strong move in cultural direction. My hope is that my art brings new energy and daily inspiration for those who use it as their new screen background.

Mr. Farmen was born in Washington, Connecticut in 1982. He received a BA in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. He lived and worked as a designer in New York until 2006, when he moved back to Connecticut, and is currently teaching K-5 art classes and working on various creative projects.
