The award was presented at the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards held on the 25th of September at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.

The Asia Pacific market for hosted conferencing services recorded 16.8% in yearly growth for 2011, the highest in the past three years, with the total market exceeding US$600 million in value.
