LexisNexis India Announces the Appointment of Mohan Ramaswamy as Managing Director, LexisNexis India

Delhi (I-Newswire) February 27, 2013 - LexisNexis® India (www.lexisnexis.co.in), a leading global provider of content and technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Mohan Ramaswamy as Managing Director, India for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. Mohan will be part of the Asia Leadership Team and will be based out of company’s India office in Gurgaon, Haryana. As head of the India business, Mohan is responsible for developing strategies to expand the adoption of Online information-based products and services, and strengthen our Print portfolio that further the company’s strong growth in the region.

Mohan joins us from Dun & Bradstreet, India where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for driving the P&L of the company along with other key initiatives, working closely with the CEO. Besides his focus on Organic growth, he also led the team responsible for M&A, Strategic alliances and other key Strategic relationships with D&B's Worldwide Network. Prior to this, he held several Strategic and Operational roles in D&B's various business units, having joined D&B India as a Leader of Risk Business in 2004. In a career spanning over 8+ years in D&B, Mohan played a key role in developing new businesses across various Business lines for the company in India.
