Announcingit Invitations to Support Children's Charities

Foothill Ranch (I-Newswire) January 27, 2012 - Announcingit.com announces that a portion of every Kids Birthday Party Invitations sold will be donated to children's charities.

For over 20 years, Announcingit has been spreading joy through the printing of invitations for kids and children's birthday party invitations, and spreading joy to children in need through children’s charities is a natural fit.

"This year, we have chosen to support Joy Jars by Jessie and The NEGU Foundation," said Jeanette Herren, President of Announcingit. "This children's charity touched my heart, not only because Jessie was a part of our community and a member of our church, but because I have a niece who survived cancer and a cousin who lost his battle at the young age of 24."

Both the Joy Jars and The NEGU Foundation, which stands for Never Ever Give Up, were inspired by Jessica Joy Rees, a courageous child who lost her 10-month battle with two inoperable brain tumors on January 5, 2012.

Jessie and the JoySquad filled over 3,000 Joy Jars for kids and distributed them to over 27 states and 7 children's hospitals. Her wish was to send JoyJars to every child fighting cancer in the United States which is over 50,000 kids. We hope to help her charities reach this goal by donating a portion of every invitation sold.

For over a year, Jeanette has also been following the progress of another child, 5 year old Cade Spinello, the child of one of her son's teachers and former football coaches at Mission Viejo High School. Announcingit will be introducing a new line of kids photo invitations for birthdays, christenings, baptisms and first communion in February as well as new additions to their standard line of colorful invites for kids and adults that will also help support children's charities.
