Broker-Associate Ann Keohan Joins RE/MAX Platinum Realty in Venice, Florida

Venice, FL (I-Newswire) February 13, 2013 - Ann Keohan, formerly of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, has joined RE/MAX Platinum Realty as a Broker-Associate in the Venice office. Specializing in luxury and waterfront properties, new homes and resort communities, she is licensed in both Florida and New Hampshire.

Keohan’s impressive real estate career spans 23 years, including nine years locally. She also appears on the Chef Rolf New Florida Cooking Show on Comcast Channel 6 and Verizon Channel 26.

Before moving to Florida, she owned her own real estate company, Keohan Associates, in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, which specialized in the luxury real estate market. She exclusively marketed five new-home subdivisions after putting together the projects with land owners and developers.

Keohan earned her bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida and a master’s in Arts Education from the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as a Fine Arts teacher in Massachusetts public and private schools, and was a gallery owner and manager on Newbury Street in Boston.

Keohan likes to say she practices “the Art of Real Estate,” using her strong marketing skills to showcase a seller’s property worldwide. She also takes pride in matching buyer needs and lifestyles with the right property.

Actively involved in the community, she is a member of the Sertoma Club of Venice and the Pastoral Council of Epiphany Parish.
