An Electronic Cell Phone Detector Gadget Catches Smartphone Cheaters

The receiver scans all cell phone signals bands and utilizes a sophisticated algorithm that constantly samples the radio-frequency (RF) noise floor to distinguish real cellular activity from ambient RF noise.
