American Colonial Capital Gains New Funding Partner
Axxcess Capital Ventures and American Colonial Capital, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, (ACC) announced that they have signed an agreement for Axxcess to source acquisition and development capital for ACC's Institutional investments.

Axxcess Capital Ventures and American Colonial Capital, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, (ACC) announced that they have signed an agreement for Axxcess to source acquisition and development capital for ACC's Institutional investments, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST's) and private non-traded REITs.

Since 2003, Eli Spiro, Tim Snodgrass and David Levine, executives and upper management at Axxcess, have helped raise over $2BB in equity for a variety of real estate, corporate equity and investment banking projects.
