Stalker Chevrolet is anxiously awaiting the August arrival of the newest “tiny” fuel-efficient car, the 2013 Chevrolet Spark.

Des Moines, IA (I-Newswire) July 31, 2012 - August marks the wide release of Chevy’s venture into the minicar market with its brand new 2013 Chevy Spark. While there have been a few pre-releases, Stalker Chevrolet is excitedly preparing for the mass release when the car will be available at their dealership.

The Chevrolet Spark combats the unreasonably high fuel prices that have marked recent years and will leave less of a detrimental environmental track with its tires. The Spark joins the other minicars on the market, such as the Scion iQ, the Mini Cooper, the Smart ForTwo, and the Fiat 500. While these cars have not been best sellers, Chevy has some positive variations to make the Spark the best option out there, such as the larger physical presence and the addition of rear doors, making it a five-door vehicle.

The Spark comes in three different trims. The first is the LS, which includes a whopping ten airbags, as well as power windows, fifteen-inch alloys, OnStar, and air conditioning. Another trim option is the 1LT, which, in addition to what the LS offers, also features satellite radio, an audio system with its very own seven-inch color touch screen, and a USB connection. On top of that, it offers keyless entry, power mirrors, cruise control, Bluetooth, and several other conveniences. The final trim, the 2LT, features all this, as well as fifteen-inch wheels, fog lamps, and heated leather seats to make the winter a little more bearable. All three trims of the Spark have a 1.2-liter Ecotec four-cylinder engine and have 83 horsepower despite their small size.
