Yankees on Deck to Feature Akadema Gloves

Hawthorne, NJ – May 17, 2010 – The Yankees Entertainment and Sports (YES) Network’s show, Yankees on Deck, will feature a segment on Akadema glove creation. The youth-oriented show will air Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 7:00 PM EST. Akadema USA Patriot Series gloves are made in Hawthorne, New Jersey and Yankees on Deck will document the glove making process from start to finish. In addition, each part used to make a glove will be explained for young fans to gain an understanding of the procedure.
