Ahkun Co., Ltd. New Product Release: "Ahkun AutoDaily"

Tokyo (I-Newswire) April 4, 2011 - Ahkun Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hisatoshi Hiruma, henceforth referred to as Ahkun) will start shipping its latest internal management system software, the "Ahkun AutoDaily," on April 5, 2011. This software automatically generates and sends daily work reports, saving precious business time.

Ahkun AutoDaily automatically generates a work report for the PC, and is ideal to use for in-house employees and employees working at home (telecommuting), task management of contractual employees, as well as workload management.

There are three types of PC work reports generated by Ahkun AutoDaily: the Daily report, the Weekly report, and the Monthly report. The Daily report can greatly reduce the time spent on doing manual report creation because it can record the duration of each of the application used on the day, plus the file name used, in detail. In addition, to observe the privacy of the employee, you can use the Weekly or Monthly report to have an overall estimate of the PC usage and workload, and a general idea of work activities of the employee.

Since the reports generated by Ahkun AutoDaily are sent thru e-mail, a dedicated server is not necessary and the PC work location can be inside or outside the office. This feature is very useful and effective during business trips and working at home. In addition, you can specify several recipients of the e-mail reports, like the workload admin, your immediate superior, your manager, etc.

In addition to PC work reports, Ahkun AutoDaily also provides a column for handwritten comments from the administrator, and for times when the PC is not in use, the workload and activities can still be managed.

Another important feature for this product is that you can automatically include watermarks in the document such as Date Printed, Computer Name, Position, Employee Number, etc. This can greatly reduce the risk of confidential information leaks due to documents being lost.
