This new enhancement fills a need that has been left virtually unaddressed by other web-based CRM systems.

"CMS is already backing up every database each night at the data center and maintains 14 days of backups, however users have told us for their own peace of mind they want a copy of their backup that they control."
With the new Advisors Assistant® "Weekly Downloadable Backup" feature, customers can now download a compressed, encrypted backup of their individual database every week, right to their local computer. "Users even get a weekly email reminder that their backup is ready for them. Then it's just a matter of the system administrator selecting "Retrieve Backup" from the Admin Menu," adds Dempsey.
