Advance UK Launches MBA and PHD Programs for Indian Market

Advance Selling Skills Academy is planning to launch Masters and PHDs in India. It'll add fresh avenues in it's bouquet of existing Programs and Courses. Indian B2C Education market will see few new products soon.

Nations with high skill capital tend to be prosperous from the perspectives of both GDP and per capita income. Higher national prosperity also manifests in better quality of life for citizens and growth in human development index. As an economy evolves from being factor and commodity centric to knowledge centric, growth becomes increasingly predicated on availability of skills.

India is one of the few countries in the world where the working age population will be far in excess of those dependent on them and, as per the World Bank, this will continue for at least three decades till 2040. This has increasingly been recognized as a potential source of significant strength for the national economy, provided we are able to equip and continuously upgrade the skills of the population in the working age group.

Ironically, most industries in India are currently struggling with scarcity of skilled labor. Although more than 40 million people are registered in employment exchanges, only 0.2 million get jobs.

The current education system does not focus on training young people in employable skills that can provide them with employment opportunities. Today, a large section of India's labor force has outdated skills. With current and expected economic growth, this challenge is going to only increase further, since more than 75% of new job opportunities are expected to be "skill-based."

The overall skill gap in the country is estimated at over 10 million per year and growing. Only 5% of students in India take up vocational education. This is quite low compared to other Asian countries such as China, Malaysia etc. Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh puts a huge focus on vocational education. The National Knowledge Commission and the Planning Commission states lack of skill to be a major hurdle in all economic development.

Advance Selling Skills Academy is planning to launch MBA and PHD for Indian market particularly for working professionals who missed out their opportunity to hone up their skills.

The Masters and the PHDs will be available online and can be accessed 24/7. Advance Selling Skills Academy has tied up with Vitez University, Bosnia for promoting its courses in Indian Market. Breaking the protocol of mechanical, monotonous online courses, Advance is providing guidance of qualified professors for its students.

The students will get the privilege of getting in touch with qualified professors of renowned European universities.

The students will be guided in their projects and researches by the professors who'll serve the role of mentors.

Unlike other online MBA and PHD, Advance's offered seats are much limited. The professors will take ten students each under their supervision. This process will led a high level interactive quality supervision which will stress on learning and true development of each student.
