LeBow, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Jim Johnson as Senior Vice President of Sales.

Ms. LeBow joins Access Media 3 with over 25 years of telecommunications experience with a strong background in P&L management, revenue generation, operations and engineering leadership. She recently served as Vice President at Next Generation Service Program at SkyTerra, and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Xspedius Communications. Her expertise includes new business development from an existing customer base, a strong background in both process management and experience in hyper growth companies and scaling processes to allow for excellent customer experiences. Ms. LeBow is responsible for service delivery, field operations, customer service, network operations, engineering, project management and IT at Access Media 3.

Mr. Johnson brings 25 years of experience developing and leading high performance sales teams and effective market strategies in the telecom industry, recently serving as Revol’s Sales and Customer Care Director with responsibility for acquiring and retaining customers, and Vice President and General Manager at AT&T Wireless in Chicago and the Great Lakes. He developed the AT&T Wireless Central Region “Go to Market” distribution strategy building and launching the Chicago, Detroit and Cleveland markets. His background also includes experience working with the residential consumer marketplace, as Chicago and Detroit Regional General Manager at American Cellular. Mr. Johnson is responsible for direct sales, channel sales, and strategic alliances at Access Media 3.
