Accero’s award was presented during gala ceremonies at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the 4th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Finalists for the awards were selected from over 500 entries from organizations of all sizes representing virtually every industry.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards.

Accero (formerly Cyborg Systems) was nominated in the Customer Service Team of the Year - Recovery Situation category based on its ‘raving fan’ campaign.
