Abba Self Storage Expansion

Now More High-Tech, Secure Storage Available A top storage company is pleased to announce a 20,000 sq. foot expansion to their state-of-the-art facility.

Abba Self Storage Units has announced a 20,000 square foot state of the art expansion to its Concord storage facility near Hwy 4 and Hwy 242. The expansion will add to the already existing facility and is designed to meet increased demand for larger size storage units in the East Bay communities including Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg and Martinez.

"The new units will be mainly larger sizes, 12.5' x 35' and 15' x 35' suitable for furnishings from a whole house, cars or boats" according to the property's manager, Jeff Smith. "The taller and wider doors will provide better access to each unit and the alarms, sprinkler system and 24 hour a day monitoring gives our customers piece of mind."

The use of self storage units has become more popular for both businesses and individuals in the last several years. Businesses have found that they are an inexpensive way to free up costly office and warehouse space by storing documents, extra inventory and supplies without long-term commitments or having to pay more in utility bills and property taxes. Contractors often store equipment used daily in their businesses such as landscaping equipment and general contractor supplies.

Individuals use the units for boats, autos, household goods and furniture. As mobile as our society has become, storage units are also commonly used during moves. They also provide storage space during major home renovations and remodeling projects.

Abba Self Storage Units is a locally owned and operated business in Concord, CA. They offer a full range of storage units sizes as well as RV storage.
