Online, October 10, 2013 (Newswire.com) - AAE coffee loaders are designed prevent heavy lifting of beans and ground coffee into roasters, grinders and packaging machines. Injuries due to heavy lifting and tripping on spilled beans can be avoided by pneumatically loading hoppers over roasters and other processing equipment. You will reduce your waste by reducing spilled and contaminated beans.
Loading roasted beans requires special care to avoid bean breakage. AAE, CoffeeLoaders.com offers variable air speed valves that control the loading speed to prevent breakage. A gentle tangential inlet allows beans to flow into the chamber without breakage.
Ground coffee requires large bag filters to prevent dust from clogging the filter. We offer a 15 inch filter extension with a 16" X 4 " bag filter. The bag filter is combined with a PLC control that controls a compressed air pulse bag cleaning system.
The Remote-Vac Series loaders do not have heavy motors on the lid of the loader. The Vacs and the filter can be located at floor level to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Vacs can be purchased locally at hardware stores for replacement.
The vacuum chambers are food grade class 3A polished stainless steel. They utilize ISO 2852 standard clamps for connections. All of the flanges are machine providing a durable seal and easy cleaning. Remote-Vac series loaders are vacuum loaders and do not pressurize the hopper being loaded.
Two controls are available. The standard control provides full control excluding filter pulse control for ground coffee. The optional PLC control provides fully adjustable control of the timing functions for filter cleaning.
