Born and raised in Singapore, Chef George is a seasoned professional running a highly successful food and beverage operation at the Hilton Los Angeles / Universal City. Attracted by the ability to travel, he entered the culinary world inspired to hone his craft working with diverse chefs around the world. His talent has taken him from Singapore to Bermuda, Switzerland to Canada, Florida to Tennessee, and even our nation's capital. This broad knowledge is translated in his philosophy to always provide cuisine that is visually appetizing with an element of flavorful excitement.

Challenged by companies, such as the Specialty Restaurant Group Corporation where he served as Corporate Executive Chef, Chef George developed recipes, menus, and training programs for local and regional restaurant concepts nationwide. His experience with SRG garnered him a variety of management, leadership, and communication skills to teach other chefs and staff integral significance of their roles in accomplishing the collective objective.

Now Chef George brings a wealth of creativity and innovation to the menus of Cafe Sierra Restaurant, and the Atrium Lounge. In addition he heads an entire banquet operation that includes an American, Mandarin, and Kosher kitchen. An intense and focused leader, he is straight to the point and understands what it takes to run a thriving operation in the current economic climate.
