Hood River, OR (I-Newswire) November 16, 2010 - Hood Tech Corp, Vision Inc. announces acquisition of the assets of Sierra-Olympic Technologies, Inc. of Issaquah, Washington. Hood Tech has executed this acquisition to secure an experience base in infrared camera technology, and to expand upon Sierra-Olympic’s extensive experience in sourcing, sales, marketing, and deployment of infrared imaging systems. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. While Sierra-Olympic’s Issaquah, Washington offices will close, the business will continue to operate from new offices in the Columbia River Gorge.
