Europeanplates Group LLC Purchases Mattman-Enterprises Assets

Europeanplates Group LLC; a Seattle based European license plate manufacturer has purchased the assets of Mattman-Enterprises including there German made Stamping equipment and inventory.

(I-Newswire) October 5, 2010 - “Our latest acquisition is the equipment and inventory of Mattman-Enterprises” explains Tyler Edmondson the CEO of Europeanplates Group LLC” included in this purchase was there plate stamping equipment and inventory. Mr. Edmondson explains that Mattman-Enterprises and Europeanplates Group has worked together for many years and was Mattman-Enterprises Largest purchaser of plates for over 3 years until earlier this year when Europeanplates Group purchased new machines to stamp there plates in house.

At Europeanplates Group we wanted to increase our production ability and the purchase “just made sense” by adding an additional plate press and hot stamping machine on top of the new equipment we already own keeps use well ahead of the competition. Mr. Edmondson added there are now three imported European plate manufacturing machines in the United States; we own two of them and the third is on the east coast.
