Attorney Michael S. Harshman and Ruth Harshman today announced the launch of Fair Divorce, a new mediation and document preparation service that gives Southwest Florida couples an economical alternative to costly litigation.

Ruth Harshman received certification from the Supreme Court of Florida in County Mediation, Family Mediation and Circuit Civil Mediation. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Together, the Harshmans own and operate Impact Mediation, a Lakewood Ranch-based mediation firm.
