This session will guide the busy woman into a new perspective on life and well being. The Spring lessons would be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings for both the beginners as well as for the intermediate level. The Chair Yoga lessons would be from 29th March and would take place on Thursday mornings. The Introductory Chair Yoga session will be FREE!!
