Dubai (I-Newswire) April 2, 2012 - Super Zone marks next step in regional growth and provides customers with enhanced tyre retail experience
India’s leading tyre manufacturer, Apollo Tyres, is all set to open a specialised concept store in Dubai in order to provide buyers with an enhanced customer experience and a better feel for the brand. The Apollo Super Zone, the US$ 2 billion company’s first such venture outside of India, will be located in Al Qiyada, near the General Headquarters of Dubai Police and operated by Apollo’s business partners, Middle East Tyres LLC.
The Apollo Super Zone is a premier branded concept store spaciously designed to allow customers to browse through various ranges of Apollo products on display and learn more about the brand and its development through the highly-trained staff in attendance. The store is laid out to allow customers a premium retail experience and comes complete with a play area to keep accompanying children occupied.
“The launch of the Apollo Super Zone in Dubai is part of our ongoing expansion strategy for the Middle East region, a major market for Apollo Tyres,” said CEO, Satish Sharma. “Dubai as the hub of our Middle East operations is the natural location for the launch of the first Super Zone outside India,” he added.
Apollo Tyres Ltd has a range of specialised concept retail formats which range from a Super Zone, the largest format, to Apollo Zones and the Apollo Points, which are scaled down versions inspired by the shop-in-shop concept. Currently the company has two Super Zones, 25 Apollo Zones and 44 Apollo Points spread out across India.
